This is a place for Luxury Dining in Novotel Hotel, located on the Old Mahabalipuram Road Egattur, Sipcot, close to Siruseri Sipcot IT Park. This restaurant serves European, North Indian and Chinese Cuisines with a variety of Desserts and Beverages.

This restaurant is located on the Upper Ground Floor of the Novotel Hotel. This place has an attractive ambience. They have a nice decor and they are commonly known for luxury dining. It has a beautiful lighting and the place looks amazing at night.
The restaurant is very hygienic and the location is very good.

The Novotel Club Sandwich: It is a double-layered sandwich, with tomatoes, mixed lettuce, dijon mayo, roasted chicken breast, a layer of omelette with some smoked bacon, served with onions and fries.

Mustard Spiced Chicken Tikka: One of my favourite appetizers, served with soft and juicy chicken, garnished with coriander, served with a mango dip and fresh salad.

Freshly Squeezed Pineapple Juice: A freshly squeezed pineapple juice from the pulp of pineapple, served chilled with an adequate amount of ice.

Pistachio Lassi: A freshly made blend of yoghurt, water, spices and pistachio, served chilled with an adequate amount of sugar.

Papad: A thin and crisp food item from Indian Subcontinent, usually made from black gram flour, served with a mint chutney.

An amazing restaurant, having enchanting ambience and serving mouth-watering food. The presentation of the food was excellent, the quantity was good. The restaurant was very hygienic. Staff was very courteous, polite and well-trained. The service was quick and the food served was warm(except some desserts and beverages) and fresh. The food is economical as per the quality, quantity, presentation and taste.
I would personally recommend this restaurant for a person who likes fine and luxury dining, along with some foodie and groups for the celebration some social gatherings or important meetings. Even I would like to visit this restaurant again.
